Salary: Estimated salary range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with identifying potential risks and evaluating options for control.

The role involves ongoing cost analysis, analysing sub-contractors' quotations, preparing and agreeing variation accounts, and issuing certification for contract payments to sub-contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field;
• Experience working in the Groundwork / Civil sector;
