Accounts Payable Specialist

Cranleigh STEM is working with a leading provider of sustainable, low-cost alkaline fuel cell technology, committed to revolutionising the energy landscape. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work closely with the Management Accountant to provide accurate, detailed, relative and timely support to all business units for all cost and cash movement.
**Key Objectives**
Ensure the smooth and accurate processing of all invoices and associated costs to the relevant projects via a POP process / non-POP process.
To liaise closely with warehouse and procurement for supplier on boarding and ensure a full three-way match is maintained.
**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000

**Location**: Cranleigh, Surrey
**Role**: Full-time, permanent
**Key Tasks**
- Daily processing of all project purchase invoices / credit via the POP in SAGE 200 ERP system.
- Daily processing of all overhead purchase invoices via workflow approval.
- Monitor and maintain the accounts inbox providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Post check and processing of monthly company credit card expenses.
- Liaising with procurement and the warehouse for an understanding on goods received/returns, stock movement, purchasing and shipments, and supplier onboarding,
- Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
**Education / Skills**
- Ideally qualified to AAT Level 3 or equivalent.
- Proven experience in accounts payable roles, with specific expertise using SAGE 200.
- Excellent excel / Microsoft office / 365.
- Power BI (desirable)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
