**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage Xero expense reconciliations.
- Oversee invoice management, including marking, payment management, and addressing overdue processes.
- Handle quarterly VAT submissions.
- Assist with the monthly payroll.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Review and approve external invoices.
- Participate in meetings with directors to review cash flow and budgets.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Xero.
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistent accuracy.
- In-depth understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures.
