Personal Assistant

You will be based in a separate office on his estate in Ewhurst 5 days per week.
You will be part of a team working alongside a chef, housekeeper and Gardener.
**Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:
- Overseeing the maintenance of the property
- Project management for the property plans (new projects, renovations etc)
- Liaising and coordinating with estate and household staff
- Recruitment of new staff
- Handling various types of correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Basic bookkeeping
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Taking minutes of general meetings and board meetings
- Booking and managing all travel arrangements and itineraries
- Keeping abreast of calendars, events and correspondence
- Handling bills and payments, insurance renewals
- Running various errands such as shopping, sourcing gifts
- Driving
- picking up/dropping off the family and children when needed
- Organising social and private events
- Managing school calendars (for 3 children)
- Managing insurance policies and claims
- Managing the family fleet of motors (4 cars, 3 bikes, 4 buggies)
- In depth researching, information gathering and summarising
- Typing, compiling, and preparing presentations and correspondence
- Managing bookings, reservations, online transactions
- Keeping up to date with cultural events such as new restaurants opening, opera and theatre dates etc
- Performing all other miscellaneous tasks as requested
Past experience and knowledge of Company Secretarial duties would be an advantage.
