Job Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Cranleigh. The successful applicant will be responsible for daily processing of project and overhead purchase invoices, monitoring the accounts inbox, and liaising with procurement for goods received and supplier onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have relevant Accounts Payable experience, a strong understanding of MS Excel, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily processing of project and overhead purchase invoices
  • Monitoring the accounts inbox and providing customer service
  • Liaising with procurement for goods received and supplier onboarding
  • Post check and processing of monthly company credit card expenses
  • Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis


What We Offer:

This role offers a salary up to £38,000, hybrid working, parking, private medical healthcare, and 25 days annual leave.
