**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Engineering Program Manager to join our team at CHEP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the engineering aspects of our supply chain are delivered to time, cost, and scope.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and lead an effective program management structure for Supply Chain Engineering, identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and issues, and driving corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement standardized tools, methodologies, and processes to enforce best practices, maintain compliance, and provide actionable reporting.
  • Lead program reporting capabilities, tracking overall performance, risk/issue management, and benefits realization.
  • Support the introduction and embedding of change management principles into ways of working for strategic projects, working with the dedicated change manager.
  • Bring impacted stakeholders on the change journey with regular touch points to ensure the well-executed initiative that delivers the desired business outcomes.

**Requirements**

  • Experience working on large-scale, complex, global change/transformation programs, in either a PMO capacity or people management experience.
  • Operating in a matrix environment.
  • Experience across different types of programs (e.g., organization design, IT systems, business change) and different modes of delivery (agile, waterfall, hybrid) is desirable.
  • Experience of building capability in project and program management and demonstrating the value of effective program management to the organization.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management teams.
