Job Title: Supply Chain Engineering PMO Manager

At CHEP, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Engineering PMO Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the engineering aspects of our supply chain are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead an effective program management structure for Supply Chain Engineering
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, and drive corrective actions
  • Responsibility for program key decision log

Program Capability:

  • Support the development of effective program governance, implement standardized tools, methodologies, and processes to enforce best practices, maintain compliance, provide actionable reporting, and ensure clear decision making
  • Lead program reporting capabilities, tracking overall performance, risk/issue management, and benefits realization

Change Management:

  • Support the introduction and embedding of change management principles into ways of working for strategic projects, working with the dedicated change manager
  • Bring impacted stakeholders on the change journey with regular touch points to ensure the well-executed initiative that delivers the desired business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience working on large-scale, complex, global change/transformation programs, in either PMO capacity or people management experience
  • Operating in a matrix environment
  • Experience across different types of programs (e.g., organization design, IT systems, business change) and different modes of delivery (agile, waterfall, hybrid) is desirable
  • Experience of building capability in project and program management and in demonstrating the value of effective program management to the organization
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, experience presenting to senior management teams
