As our Senior PMO Analyst, you will be instrumental in partnering with the Programme Manager and the broader Programme Management team to guarantee the effective execution of two significant programmes. Your objective? To establish and enhance our comprehensive PMO services, steering the team in coordination, planning, oversight, reporting, analysis, and narrative creation through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop: Utilize your extensive background to coach and guide the PMO team, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement and skill diversification.
  • Influence and Innovate: Apply your knowledge to challenge and direct the delivery strategy, ensuring our strategic programmes remain aligned with their goals.
  • Shape the Future: Take the lead in modernizing our assessment technologies and innovating with AI in evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate and Excel: Engage closely with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships that drive organizational success.

  • Leadership: A history of leading by example, motivating teams, and fostering continuous improvement.
