At CHEP, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Engineering PMO Manager to join our team.

This vital role will ensure the engineering aspects of our supply chain, with the capability and tools to deliver all our programs to time, cost, and scope. It will involve creating globally recognized standards and governance accommodating the nuances in our different initiative types, regions, and engineering functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for program management of all global development projects and rollouts of the technology required to enable the effective operation of our supply chain service centre network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead an effective program management structure for Supply Chain Engineering.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Responsibility for program key decision log.
Requirements:
  • Experience working on large-scale, complex, global change/transformation programs, in either PMO capacity or people management experience.
  • Operating in a matrix.
  • Experience across different types of programs (e.g., organization design, IT systems, business change) and different modes of delivery (agile, waterfall, hybrid) is desirable.
  • Experience of building capability in project and program management and in demonstrating the value of effective program management to the organization.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, experience presenting to senior management teams.
