Children's Residential Home Manager - Senior Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Home Manager to join our team at Holistic Support Services. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential and a proven track record of leading a team in a residential care setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and take point on shift, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Delegating duties fairly amongst staff and providing training and support to new team members.
• Participating in on-call rota and taking out of hours calls when required.
• Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up to date.
• Working in partnership with the Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home.
• Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
