Job Title: Senior Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to join our team at Holistic Support Services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care staff in a residential setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for staff, promoting their growth and well-being.
  • Participating in on-call rota and responding to out-of-hours calls, ensuring the needs of children and young people are met.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans.
  • Working closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Supporting staff with supervisions and appraisals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
