As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, delegating duties fairly, and ensuring the well-being of our children and young people. Your expertise in children's residential care will be invaluable in training new staff and participating in on-call rotas. You will also be responsible for daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans. If you have a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential and a passion for delivering high-quality care, we want to hear from you.
