Key Responsibilities

The Head of Partnerships will lead Southdown\u0027s external partnerships, working closely with transformation and operational teams to drive growth and impact. This role is responsible for managing a team of Partnership Leads and collaborating with the Head of VCSE Mental Health Community Transformation to develop and implement strategic partnerships.

Budget and People Management

The successful candidate will have budget responsibility for the direct team (£708,745) and UOK contracts (£5.7m), as well as people responsibility for 4 direct reports and 2 indirect reports.

Purpose and Impact

The purpose of this role is to drive transformation and growth through strategic partnerships, working closely with the leadership team to achieve Southdown\u0027s goals.
