We're seeking a dynamic People Manager to lead our people strategy, champion our values, and ensure our workplace culture thrives as we continue to expand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Wild Nutrition's goals and culture.
- Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Own employee values evolution and deployment throughout the organization.
- Develop and maintain HR policies that promote a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment on people and culture strategies.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, championing our wellness council meetings, and action planning to ensure our culture continues to thrive as we continue to grow.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a more inclusive workplace where all employees feel empowered.
- Line manage the Workplace Experience Manager and ensure the development of programs that enhance employee well-being and workplace culture.
- Ensure alignment between HR and the Workplace Experience team to create a unified employee experience.
- Manage learning and development initiatives to help employees grow in their roles and careers.
- Coach people managers on best practices for leading their teams effectively.
- Oversee appraisal processes, including setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth.
- Identify and implement initiatives to increase employee retention and development.
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a growth-oriented or purpose-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee engagement strategies, and employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Highly effective cross-functional skills with demonstrable evidence of influencing peers and upwards.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creating an inclusive and empowering workplace.
- Experience managing DEI initiatives and promoting an inclusive company culture.
