About the Role

NHS Sussex ICB is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the transformation of discharge pathways from our services back into the community.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop programme leadership and development/oversight of the workstreams that take us through transition into our longer-term outcomes.
  • Provide programme management leadership and support, preferably within the health or social care sector.
  • Collaborate with a range of partners - from frontline staff to very senior executives - to achieve and deliver high-quality outcomes for our population.

Person Specification

  • Experience of planning and delivering programmes and projects on time.
  • Developed communication skills for delivering key messages to a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to use informed persuasion to influence others and resolve problems in relation to project or service delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate keyboard skills.
