Role Overview

The Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager will be responsible for driving the corporate and major donor strategy at Ad Warrior, a leading charity dedicated to providing exceptional education and care for children and young adults with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities and health needs.

Key Responsibilities

As the driving force behind Ad Warrior's corporate and major donor strategy, you will:

  • Help shape ambitious targets and strategies to secure financial and in-kind support from corporate partners and major donors.
  • Build a robust pipeline of corporate and major donor prospects through research and networking.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners.
  • Lead high-profile events and create memorable experiences that deepen donor engagement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of securing high-value donations and managing six-figure income targets.
  • Experience of managing a six-figure income target and developing fundraising strategies and plans.
  • Exceptional networking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience creating innovative fundraising strategies and bespoke stewardship plans.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver results.
