Location: Lewes

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role

As the driving force behind our corporate and major donor strategy, you'll:

  • Help shape ambitious targets and strategies.
  • Secure financial and in-kind support from corporate partners and major donors.
  • Build a robust pipeline of corporate and major donor prospects.
  • Identify new opportunities through research and networking.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners.
  • Lead high-profile events and create memorable experiences that deepen donor engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

We need someone who can think big and act boldly:

  • A track record of securing high-value donations and managing six-figure income targets.
  • Experience of managing a six-figure income target and developing fundraising strategies and plans.
  • Exceptional networking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience creating innovative fundraising strategies and bespoke stewardship plans.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver results.
  • Able to work occasional evenings and weekends, which will be recompensated.

Other useful skills and experience:

  • Member of the Institute of Fundraising.
  • Working with a CRM database.
