We are seeking a highly organized and IT-savvy Office Coordinator to provide proactive support in our dynamic property development business. Located in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, this role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum (pro rata) for a 20-hour part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
  • Confidently use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Maintain and manage documentation for projects and customers.
  • Provide ad hoc support to a busy, collaborative team.

Our ideal candidate will have administrative experience, preferably within housing or property, though not essential. They should be detail-focused, organised, and proactive with advanced IT skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office.
