Hotel Operations Manager

Fancy a career in hospitality with a leading hotel group? We are recruiting for a Full Time Head Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness and cost per clean, with phenomenal attention to detail of rooms and accommodation throughout our hotel.
Shift patterns include working a variety of shifts that may include working weekends, early shifts, and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate rooms for servicing to the team, in line with check outs, over stays, and rotas.
- Maintain standards by completing room checks and guiding expectations and improvements across site - working closely with the maintenance and brand teams.
- Maintain stocks - ordering and checking laundry and cleaning products.
- Ensure cleaning meets and exceeds our client standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Maintain and enhance the cleanliness of the building while ensuring team efficiency - to have rooms ready and available for check ins, all within cost and time per room cleaned targets.
- Take ownership with personality, living our company values.
Requirements:
- Experience leading a Housekeeping team in a time-sensitive, cost-efficient environment.
- Great team work and leadership skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining standards.
- A commitment to high levels of cleanliness - you lead by example.
- A friendly personality with customers and team alike.
