We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hospitality Services Manager to join our team at The Mill Hotel in Sudbury, Suffolk. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team development, and operational efficiency. You will be required to lead by example, demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality services, and foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the Food & Beverage team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction ratings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer loyalty, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of hotel services.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety throughout the hotel.
