  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage complex situations and provide effective support.
  • Identify risks and develop strategies to safeguard individuals from harm.
  • Arrange suitable care alternatives and promote independence for individuals with complex needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning meetings.
  • Offer expert guidance, support, and advice to social care staff.
  • Enhance organisational capabilities through training and development.
  • Participate in project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant Social Work qualification.
  • Ongoing professional development.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
