Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enforcement Agent to join our team at Novax Recruitment. As an Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for visiting debtors' properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts, setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements. Customer service and empathy are key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visiting debtors' properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts and setting up repayment arrangements.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with debtors.
  • Conducting thorough investigations to identify debtors' assets and determining the best course of action for recovery.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in debt recovery.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and changes in legislation to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license (held for at least 2 years).
  • Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Able to provide a clean DBS and no CCJ/IVA.
  • Hold a current Enforcement Agent certification.
  • Level 2 Diploma in Removal of Goods.
