Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Metro Bank. As a Business Development Director, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our commercial broker network, supporting the delivery of Metro Bank's brand and business model for Commercial Lending.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a portfolio of commercial brokers who actively introduce opportunities to the Bank and deliver on new ways to help support business to evolve and grow.
  • Work on opportunities with commercial brokers, to introduce to Metro Bank, working closely with our internal departments to progress the opportunity.
  • Generate customers through business development approaches such as introducer leads and networking events.
  • Support the relationship management of a portfolio of existing brokers and acquire new-to-bank brokers, to generate lending and switcher opportunity.
  • Foster Metro Bank's relationship with the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) and other finance broker associations to grow brand recognition amongst their broker members.
