About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Support Manager to join our Regional Technical team at Gleeson Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Technical team in feasibility studies, site viability reports, and technical support for residential development.
  • Manage relationships with consultants, ensure information flow, and implement group procedures.
  • Assist in preparation of key status reports, updates on KPIs, and co-ordinate utilities appointments.
  • Manage Adoption process and provide engineering support to site teams and internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or experience in technical design, civil engineering.
  • Knowledge of engineering requirements of the house building industry.
  • Knowledge of Highway Design Standards, Sewers for adoption, Building Regs, British Standards, and AutoCAD.
  • Good technical and legal knowledge, financial and commercial awareness, organisational skills, flexibility, verbal and written communication skills, and awareness of Type approval with NHBC, LABC, and SBD.
