We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Mitie Team and provide administrative support in a dynamic and interesting role.
You will be responsible for ordering office supplies, booking travel, completing purchase orders, and providing excellent customer service to our Mitie guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Unit Personnel Office team
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Booking travel arrangements and managing expenses
- Completing purchase orders and managing invoices
- Providing exceptional customer service to our Mitie guests
