Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Agile Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in delivering a proactive and commercial advisory service to internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and resolve routine and complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and restructures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices to achieve optimal outcomes in all employee relations matters.
  • Provide expert guidance, advice, and support to the business on employee relations issues, influencing key decision makers.

**Supporting Projects:**

  • Onboarding and induction processes.
  • Health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Restructuring, resourcing, and recruitment strategies.
  • Company culture and employee engagement programs.
  • Performance management and underperformance management.
  • Offboarding and exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the employee experience and promote the company as a great place to work.
  • Proactively gather, evaluate, and analyze data to support the implementation of employee relations initiatives.
  • Advise and guide on employee relations matters related to sponsored workers, immigration routes, and sponsored licenses.
  • Support the review of HRIS systems to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Support the Head of People and/or People Partner on regular cadence calls with senior line managers to support and advise on people-related issues and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external HR reporting requirements and audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern HR procedures, legal matters, and best practices.
  • Support the identification of employee relations training needs and coach and develop line managers and employees in areas such as conduct, performance, and legislative matters.
  • Review and update HR processes to improve workflows and operational effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Proven track record in HR managing complex employee relations cases independently and with HR colleagues.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders and senior managers through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and application of employment legislation.
  • Experience of developing HR policies and procedures and training to support managers and employees.
  • Highly driven and passionate about HR and best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and technology.
