Substance Abuse Case Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Recovery Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions.
This role will involve working with clients who are struggling with substance misuse, providing comprehensive assessments, and developing care plans to support them in achieving their recovery goals.
You will work closely with clients to deliver harm reduction advice, recovery interventions, and overdose prevention services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent safeguarding knowledge, experience managing high caseloads, and the ability to identify risks and take appropriate action.
We offer a competitive rate of £24 per hour, plus a fantastic referral bonus.
