SEMH Education Support Professional

Milk Education is seeking dedicated professionals to work as SEMH Education Support Professionals in one of our partnered schools.
This long-term position starts ASAP and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives. Estimated salary range is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum based on experience.
We pride ourselves on creating a happy and caring school environment, with high standards of attainment and behavior. As an SEMH Education Support Professional, you will play a vital role in promoting inclusion and acceptance among students, while supporting their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote inclusive practices and foster a sense of belonging among all students
- Provide consistent support to pupils, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans, evaluate progress, and adjust instruction as needed
- Deliver targeted catch-up sessions to support students who require extra help
- Recent experience working with children and young people, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work effectively under the guidance of a teacher
