Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Education Support Professional to join our team and work as a Teaching Assistant for Special Education Needs and Mental Health (SEMH) in one of our partnered schools in Central London.

This is a long-term opportunity starting ASAP, offering excellent rates of pay between £95.00-£110.00 per day.

About the Role:

  • Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with SEMH needs.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored lesson plans, ensuring seamless student support.
  • Deliver targeted catch-up sessions to aid academic progress.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively under the guidance of a teacher.
