The role of a Permanent SEN Education Professional at REESON Education involves working with children with Autism, specifically in the Early Years class. As a dedicated and passionate professional, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that cater to the needs of individual students, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Your creativity, adaptability, and ability to work as part of a team will be essential in providing the highest level of education and care to your pupils. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of SEN teaching methods and be able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.

Experience in working with non-verbal students is highly desirable, although the school provides an intensive induction program for new staff. The school offers a supportive environment, excellent facilities, and opportunities for professional development.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with Autism, preferably in the Early Years class
  • Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
