The London EDITION is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Events Coordinator to join its team. As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up-selling.
  • Contact relevant departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests, co-workers, and management.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational abilities for managing multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
