Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at New Chapter Consulting Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with key retail accounts in the premium beauty industry.

As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account plans, managing NPD launches, and fostering lasting partnerships with department store partners.

The ideal candidate has proven success in account management or sales within the consumer goods sector, with a strong track record of exceeding goals. They possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop key retail accounts, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth.
  • Manage NPD launches to secure initial listings and maximise availability and sales performance.
  • Devise and execute comprehensive account plans, JBPs, and promotional strategies, fostering strong relationships with each account.
