We are seeking an accomplished Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK, focusing on high-value account development in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of approximately £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic direction and growth of strategic accounts, ensuring accountability for achieving ambitious sales targets and maintaining robust client relationships.
  2. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging a consultative approach to deepen partnerships and drive double-digit growth.
  3. Client Engagement: Maintain a proactive presence through tailored communication strategies, including in-person visits, to ensure high-quality engagement with senior clients.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across global teams to align services and support client needs, driving organizational synergy.

Qualifications:
