Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify customer needs to drive product development initiatives that meet customer and market needs effectively.
- Strategy Development: Create and launch new strategies and approaches to achieving the activation target across the business, including Fleet.
- Project Management: Take ownership of in-flight activities to further increase conversion.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Take part in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring all new Connected Services in the App are fully tested and working before launching those services to customers.
- Training and Support: Support and educate the network (dealers and fleet owners) on how to increase adoption of connected services by customers.
- Content Management: Development of Source information hub content management to support Network with all Connected Services topics.
- Reporting and Analysis: Support with regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management and operational teams on Connected Services (e.g. activation rates, pilot results).
- Experience: Proven experience in Project and Stakeholder management, with a passion for technology and digital solutions.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, logical mindset, expertise in 'go to market' strategies, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field.
- Competitive Salary: Salary from £40,000 depending on experience.
- Hybrid Working: Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).
