Administrative Role for Housing Services Team

Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our Housing Services Team as an Administrative Support Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to various departments within the organization.

Key Accountabilities
  • Deliver high-quality administrative assistance to the Neighbourhood Service team, focusing on Enforcement and Tenancy functions.
  • Support the implementation of the Service Plan, working closely with residents and other stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure seamless administration of council-owned garages and car ports, including managing bookings, contracts, and termination procedures.
  • Prepare and finalize documentation required for new tenancy arrangements, involving property inspections, meetings with prospective tenants, identification verification, and prompt rent payments.
  • Play a pivotal role in coordinating mutual exchange processes from initial notification to successful completion within regulatory deadlines.
