About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, providing administrative support to our teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, word processing, and scanning of documents.
  • Manage room bookings and maintain room booking diaries.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and diary management using Microsoft and IAPTus.
  • Assist in the stock control and electronic ordering of office equipment and stationery.
  • Comply with and carry out safe practice in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
Person Specification
  • NVQ level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent.
  • ECDL or equivalent, including basic knowledge of all MS Office packages.
  • GCSE in English, grades A-C or grade 9-4 or level 2 Literacy or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience of working in a general administrative background.
