Your Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of sales and commercial partnerships to drive business growth. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, adaptable, and experienced individual to leave their mark on the business.

You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and oversee all core, complementary propositions (Crypto Trading, Payments, FX, & Gateway), as well as new products, services, and geographies the group is expanding into.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales strategy development and execution, including identifying key customer sectors, jurisdictions, and commercial opportunities to support ONE's growth.
  • Structuring, equipping, and resourcing the sales function to deliver on the sales strategy, considering jurisdictional and product-based factors.
  • Leading a team of 10+ high-performing sales professionals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, while serving as the point of escalation and decision-maker for the sales team.
  • Collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer to set and refine pricing strategies for the Group across key product sets and customer sectors.
  • Developing and implementing best-in-class sales processes, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and in-life customer experience.
  • Establishing frameworks for assessing individual, team, and business performance, including target setting, KPIs, revenue tracking, commissions, etc.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales and sales leadership, with a focus on setting and delivering sales strategies, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and implementing operational best practices.
  • Advanced understanding and use of CRM systems (HubSpot) and MI reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, cryptocurrency, and/or FX, with experience in one or more of our key customer verticals (gaming, crypto, and complex/offshore structures).
