Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teaching staff in planning, teaching, and assessing learning in a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Work closely with students to keep them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.
  • Provide individualized support to learners, either one-to-one or in small group settings, to help them achieve their learning goals.
Requirements
  • Patient, compassionate, and resilient with a genuine interest in supporting learners with Autism and other neurodiversities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to update learner plans and communicate with colleagues.
  • A driving license to transport learners on field trips.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
