Job Title: Diagnostic Equipment Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Equipment Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring that their medical diagnostic instruments are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities:
Conducting site visits and repairs on high-end medical diagnostic instruments
Providing technical support and training to clients
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electronic engineering
Excellent customer-facing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel occasionally (average 1 night per week)
ONC/HNC/HND qualifications desirable
Experience working with diagnostic equipment an asset
