Diagnostic Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Workflow Specialist to join our team at Clinisys. As a member of our project team, you will work closely with clients and our internal team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and/or IT/software environments, with effective writing and communication skills. They will also possess problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to teach and present in a classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement CliniSys software products at client sites, adhering to department procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver successful projects.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Conduct trainings for clients as part of the implementation process.
- Continuously evaluate process improvements based on client and departmental feedback.
- Independently resolve project issues or escalate to management when necessary.
- Guide clients in decision-making to achieve maximum efficiency using Sunquest best practice recommendations.
- Stay updated on new features, enhancements, versions, and products.
- Collaborate with and mentor other Product Specialists to expand own and others' knowledge.
