Zenopa is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Equipment Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working with diagnostic equipment, electronic engineering, and customer-facing skills.

About the Role

This role involves providing technical support and conducting services, repairs, and installations on high-end medical diagnostic instruments across the UK.

The ideal candidate will be trained on three main instruments and work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with no overtime or weekends required.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Mainly working with Dynex DS2 and Stratec Germini instruments
  2. On average 1 overnight stay per week, potentially longer for installations
Training and Development
  1. A month-long induction programme
  2. Six months' shadowing an experienced engineer
Requirements
  1. Basic understanding of electronic engineering principles
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to stay away from home occasionally
  4. Desirable: Relevant qualifications and experience with diagnostic equipment
