Mobile Equipment Technician

Ross Care is seeking a Mobile Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service possible. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering and collecting wheelchairs, conducting repairs and maintenance, and maintaining accurate records of job activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Collecting and delivering wheelchairs to clients and NHS departments, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
• Performing thorough inspections and conducting repairs on wheelchairs in the field, striving to achieve a first-time fix rate.
• Maintaining accurate records of job activities, including parts used and actions taken, to ensure seamless communication with our administration team.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A full UK driving licence is essential for this position, as you'll be required to travel extensively throughout Surrey and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to upholding our company's values.
