Role Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Barnardo's. This role provides a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting our Family Hubs to deliver essential services to children, young people, and families.

About the Role

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including managing room bookings, recording service user information, and assisting with mailings and leaflet creation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage room bookings and online calendars.
  2. Record service user information and maintain accurate records.
  3. Assist with mailings, creating leaflets and posters, and answering and redirecting telephone calls.
Requirements
  • O rganised person with basic reception and administration skills.
  • Familiar with and having a good understanding of information systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and other computer packages.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues, service-users, and visitors.
