Recruitment Coordinator/administrative Assistant

At Positive Steps Care & Support Ltd we are seeking to recruit an experienced recruitment coordinator/administrative assistant to join our friendly and ever-growing team. The position will require you to work alongside our care managers and care co-ordinators to assist with all aspects of the recruitment process and administrative duties to ensure the people that use our service are getting the best possible support.
The office operates at a fast pace with deadlines to meet, so it is essential that you are able to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure, but also maintaining a fun and proactive office environment.
- **Requirements for the position**_
Have experience in recruitment.
Health and Social Care knowledge.
Have an excellent telephone manner.
Confident IT skills
Possess good communication skills and a friendly personality.
The ability to work effectively within a team.
- **Preferred but not essential.**_
Ø Have experience within an administrative/office role
Ø A driver, with access to their own vehicle
- **Main Responsibilities**_
Ø Recruiting passionate and caring individuals to meet the requirements of the people that use our service.
Ø Following our recruitment process from initial contacts, interviews and inductions ensuring that all necessary checks and paperwork are completed to a high standard.
Ø Taking part with the on-call rota, this will consist of one weekend in five and four weeknights over a four-week basis.
Ø Communicating with the people who use our service ensuring that we offer a friendly and informative approach.
Ø To develop effective working relationships with other Positive Steps employees.
Ø General administration duties.
