We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity to join our Training division in Plympton as an Administrator. While prior experience in administration and data processing is advantageous, we are committed to providing comprehensive training and support for the perfect fit.

This role entails a 30-hour workweek, offering flexibility between 9am and 3pm. However, occasional flexibility is available to accommodate varying needs.

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Creating and maintaining course schedules.
- Managing training bookings.
- Coordinating with internal and external training providers.
- Addressing training needs with internal departments.
- Handling delegate bookings and inquiries.
- Managing post-training certification and documentation.
- General departmental administration and support.
- To support the training team and carry out any other duties reasonably requested.
