Software Release Manager

As a Release Planning Specialist at La Fosse, you will work within the Service Management team to create a cohesive release schedule for software applications and systems. This role is based in Cambridgeshire (2 days a week) and requires strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with various stakeholders (development, testing, operations) to align on release requirements and timelines.
• Oversee deployments to production, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth releases across IT streams.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with releases.
• Work with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance release processes and address issues based on post-release analyses.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery, ideally with ServiceNow experience, and certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
