Job Description
We're seeking an experienced IT Release Cycle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Management Team, you'll work alongside our capability, project, development, platform, and operations teams to build and facilitate a comprehensive, optimum, and transparent release schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring alignment with IT collaborators.
  • Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to define release requirements and timelines.
  • Construct and maintain a transparent view of the release schedule.
  • Communicate release plans and status updates to senior management.
  • Ensure successful deployment to production environments.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow or similar.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
