IT Release Manager

La Fosse is seeking an experienced IT Release Manager to join their team in Cambridgeshire, with a salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per year.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role, working closely with various stakeholders to align on release requirements and timelines. As an IT Release Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating releases to production, managing risks, and ensuring smooth releases across IT streams.
You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance release processes and address issues based on post-release analyses. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines is essential, as well as experience with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Git, and ServiceNow.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Service Delivery is required, ideally with ServiceNow experience.
