The Job Description:
This role involves collaborating with our Development Team and Support Engineers to ensure seamless software updates and stability across the Darktrace product suite. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new issues and diagnosing reported problems within the Darktrace platform
- Liaising between the development team and support team
- Developing, configuring, and automating systems and services
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with Linux command lines and scripting languages like Python or Bash
- Able to work independently and collaborate with others
- Strong desire for continual learning

- Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
