Quality Assurance Support Chemist Role:
The CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Support Chemist to join their team at a chemical manufacturing company based near Cambridge. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract position.
About the Company:
Our client is a leading chemical and materials manufacturer with a strong reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Batch Release Management: Releasing products, overseeing processes, reviewing, approving, and managing release of products from the site.
- Customer Complaint Support: Investigating customer complaints via lab analysis, using analytical techniques such as viscometry, FTIR, and Lapshear.
- Audit Support: Assisting in managing site audit processes.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in SAP and Labworks (or similar).
- Experience/education in the laboratory, including using analytical techniques.
- University degree or equivalent in Chemistry (preferable).
- Prior knowledge of Batch Release Management.
- Ability to carry out detailed analytical work.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
